JZVapes offers confidential packaging and will not disclose your information to anyone.
We only guarantee full compensation if the parcel is lost or damaged. Before contacting support, please provide proof that the package is missing (packaging condition upon arrival).
If missing, we will reship within 2 business days when JZ Shipping insurance (2000 won shipping insurance that is added to your cart) is bought.
However, delivery will be delayed in the following situations: (mountainous areas, weather-related delays, etc.)
Exchanges and refunds
JZVapes does not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect in the item.
Refunds are available only for appropriate reasons. (Wrong delivery, device defect)
However, JUUL and E-pod products with poor supply and demand cannot be compensated.

We are unable to issue refunds for any orders that are returned due to incorrect address, incorrect order, or any other reason.
Loss policies
Standard shipping:
Please make sure to buy shipping JZi Shipping insurance for 2000 won so you get covered on lost packages. If the product is not delivered within 3 business days from the date of shipment by the courier company, it will be reshipped free of charge.
However, we do not take any responsibility for lost packages due to changing the delivery location.
Same-day shipping:
Same-day delivery driver will call you and text you a delivery photo when your Same Day Delivery order arrives.
Once a Same-Day Delivery order arrives, custody of the order changes to you, and we are unable to issue refunds for orders that have received an arrival text.
